Terms
Draft. Fill in the bracketed parts and have it reviewed before launch.
These terms apply to KÁRMÁN at karman.day, run by [YOUR NAME]. By playing, you agree to them.
The game
The daily flight is free. Questions are researched carefully, but facts can be wrong or change. Use "Report this answer" if you spot one. Scores, streaks and stats are for fun and carry no prize or value.
Unlimited
- Unlimited is a one-time purchase of $5.99 (USD). It gives your Google account access to Unlimited runs and the archive of past daily flights, for as long as KÁRMÁN operates. It is not a subscription.
- It's a personal licence: please don't share or resell access.
- Features may be improved or changed over time. The core of the purchase (Unlimited runs and the archive) will stay included.
Refunds
You can request a full refund if you have not started any Unlimited or archive flight since buying. Once you've started one, the purchase is non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. To request a refund, email [CONTACT EMAIL] from the address you signed in with. A refund removes Unlimited access.
Unlock links
Unlock links are given at our discretion, are not a purchase, and can be withdrawn at any time, which ends the access they gave.
Fair play
Don't interfere with the game, the statistics or other players' experience (for example by automating submissions or scraping questions ahead of their day). We may block access that does.
Availability and liability
KÁRMÁN is provided "as is". We aim to keep it running every day but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything related to the game is limited to the amount you paid us.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], USA. Questions: [CONTACT EMAIL].
